At Longonloving Registered Dachshunds, we are a purebred miniature breeder of both smooth and longhair varieties located in Calgary, Albeta, Canada.  Our story is rooted in more than four decades of devotion to this remarkable breed. Since 1985, our home has been a place where experience, care, and a deep love for dachshunds come together. We have earned a trusted reputation in both breeding and exhibiting, guided by a commitment to preserving the breed.

Our puppies are raised right in the heart of our home—our kitchen—where they are surrounded by the everyday rhythms of family life. From their earliest days, they are gently handled, socialized, and exposed to the sights and sounds of a busy household. This early foundation helps each puppy grow into a confident, well-adjusted companion ready to thrive in an active family environment.
